The main components are cylinder, head, air return interface (connected to evaporator air return port), air outlet interface (connected to compressor air return port), liquid outlet (connected to freezing pump inlet), oil discharge port, liquid supply port (connected to high-pressure liquid supply pipe), bypass interface, safety valve interface, liquid level control interface (one upper and one lower interface), gas bypass interface (connected to freezing pump gas outlet), etc. Low-pressure circulation barrels with different capacities are selected according to different cooling capacities. The volume varies from 1 to 10 cubic meters. In the past, low-pressure circulation barrels were mostly used in ammonia refrigeration systems. In recent years, more and more projects have been used to replace ammonia refrigeration with Freon, so more and more low-pressure circulation barrels for fluorine are used in the system. During operation, first open the liquid supply valve. When the liquid level in the barrel reaches a predetermined height, open the liquid outlet valve of the low-pressure circulation barrel and start the fluorine pump to supply liquid to the system. The liquid level of the low-pressure circulation barrel should be controlled within 30% of the container, and the liquid should be drained when exceeding it to avoid wet stroke.
