Detailed introduction
1. The internal thread high efficiency heat exchange tube, nickel copper (B10, B30), aluminum brass (HAL77-2), stainless steel (304, 316L, 321, 31803, 2205) and other materials are optional.
2. The material of the cylinder and tube plate is all stainless steel, and austenitic stainless steel and austenitic/ferritic duplex stainless steel are optional;
3. Built-in spiral baffle, high heat transfer coefficient, small resistance, anti-scaling ability;
4. Exquisite manufacturing process, automatic inert gas protection welding, 100% NDT;
5. The heat exchange tube and tube plate according to the requirements of different occasions can adopt expansion, welding, expansion welding and other tube end sealing process;
6. Can be widely used in seawater, sewage, food, chemical and other corrosive media occasions, durable, safe and reliable.
