Golden Autumn October, Celebration of National Day

Golden Autumn October, Celebration of National Day

2018-09-30

Entering the golden autumn of October, the sky is high and the clouds are light, the wind is refreshing, and nature is dancing with a paintbrush. On the top of the Tianshan Mountains, on the banks of the Kui River, on the vast desert border, in the depths of the Populus euphratica forest, the autumn leaves are blood-stained valleys. On the paths covered with dusk and graceful colors, you can enjoy your pride and spray. With the autumn wind, we also ushered in the 69th anniversary of the motherland. In September, the harvest was quite good, and the sales billing also reached a new height. Before the festival, in order to meet the customer's delivery date, the production was also at full capacity, and the delivery date was guaranteed as always. The new January, the new beginning, the task is arduous, October is expected to have a bigger breakthrough! We will continue to fight

Daily simple work, quietly walking in the dust, household chores, will also be busy, life is still in the dull cycle. Struggle is for a goal to overcome the difficulties of the process, is to better experience life. As time goes by, Lengde has gone through four years. Nanjing Lengde has recently organized a series of collective team activities to gather the fighting capacity of employees, make a happy trip to the south of the Yangtze River, release itself, polish the team, conduct an annual occupational health examination for all employees, and maintain the physical and mental health of employees. The employees who participated in the physical examination unanimously said that the company organized the physical examination, which was a deep concern for us and passed the physical examination.

What is a shell and tube condenser?

What is a shell and tube condenser?

2014-09-22

1. Shell and tube condenser is a kind of heat exchanger commonly used in chillers. It is similar to shell and tube evaporator. Shell and tube condenser is composed of shell, tube sheet, heat transfer tube bundle, and cooling water distribution components (water cover or A closed water-cooled condenser composed of water distribution tank), cooling water and refrigerant inlet and outlet pipe joints, etc. 2, small condenser shell can choose thick seamless steel pipe. The shell of the large condenser is welded with steel plate. The tube plate is welded to both ends of the shell to form a complete shell. Many holes (tube holes) are machined on the tube plate. After the heat transfer tube bundle penetrates into the tube holes, both ends are connected with the tube plate by expansion or welding, and must be equipped

What is an oil separator?

What is an oil separator?

2014-09-22

The function of the oil separator is to separate the lubricating oil in the high-pressure steam discharged from the refrigeration compressor to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the device. According to the oil separation principle of reducing the airflow speed and changing the airflow direction, the oil particles in the high-pressure steam are separated under the action of gravity. Generally, when the air velocity is below 1 m/s, the oil particles with a diameter of more than 0.2mm in the steam can be separated. The commonly used oil separator has four kinds of washing type, centrifugal type, packing type and filtration type. 1. The structural oil separator is installed between the compressor outlet and the condenser inlet. Through separation, improved condenser and evaporator

Principle of variable process heat exchanger

Principle of variable process heat exchanger

2014-09-23

At present, in the cold areas of northern my country, the traditional centralized heating method is mainly coal-fired. Due to smoke and dust emissions, severe weather phenomena such as haze and PM2.5 exceeding the standard occur in northern cities in winter. Therefore, in recent years, the country has vigorously promoted clean heating methods. Many buildings use water source heat pump units as heating hosts to replace traditional coal-fired boilers, and water-water water source heat pump units are mainly used. The existing water-water type water source heat pump units on the market mostly adopt the mode of water circuit switching for cooling and heating mode conversion: when cooling in summer, source water (groundwater, river, river, lake water, etc.) enters the condenser of the unit and

High efficiency oil and gas separator for parallel screw unit

High efficiency oil and gas separator for parallel screw unit

2014-09-23

At present, large-scale low-temperature refrigeration and refrigeration places generally use multi-machine parallel screw refrigeration units, but screw compressors generally use oil-injected compression. The exhaust of the compressor will take part of the refrigeration oil out of the compressor, in order to prevent the compressor The refrigerant oil enters the system, which has a great impact on the reliable operation of the compressor and the heat exchange efficiency of the heat exchanger, so it is necessary to install an oil and gas separator at the exhaust end of the compressor. Lengde Company has designed a series of products for screw compressors without oil separators, especially parallel screw compression condensing units. The special performance and structural design of this product enable it to ensure sufficient lubricating oil supply.
